1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck441 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services offered through the ck441 website and related digital platforms. This agreement takes effect at the moment you complete the registration process or, if earlier, at the moment you first access any portion of the ck441 platform.

Your continued use of the ck441 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly to ensure you are aware of the most current version. The effective date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision came into force.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ck441 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and ck441.

2 Definitions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the ck441 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your ck441 Account at any given time, excluding any pending bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or match bonus amounts awarded to your Account under a ck441 promotion, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Game" means any sports betting market, live casino table, slot title, crash game, or other wagering product available through the ck441 platform.
• "Platform" means the ck441 website, mobile-browser interface, and all associated services and tools accessible at ck441.io.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the ck441 platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before the bonus or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the ck441 platform. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. ck441 actively verifies the age of all players during the registration and identity verification process. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held within it will be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling policies.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the ck441 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms. ck441 employs automated detection systems to identify multi-accounting. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed and all balances, including any winnings, may be voided.

3.3 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information at all times. Any change to your registered details must be promptly notified to ck441 support at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification

ck441 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; proof of address; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension or closure of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.5 Restricted Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account on the ck441 platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have self-excluded from the ck441 platform and whose self-exclusion period remains active.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of ck441 or any affiliated game studio or payment provider.
• Persons accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

4 Account Security

4.1 Password & Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. ck441 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ck441 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify ck441 immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, ck441 will take reasonable steps to secure your Account, which may include a temporary suspension pending an investigation.

4.3 Device Security

You are responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access ck441 is protected by up-to-date security software and that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device. ck441 is not responsible for any security breach arising from your use of an unsecured or shared device.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ck441 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including those held with Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. ck441 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, credit facilities, or payment methods not registered in your name.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, ck441 may apply enhanced due diligence checks for large or unusual deposit patterns as part of its anti-money-laundering obligations.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to three business days, subject to identity verification status. First-time withdrawal requests, or requests following a change in registered payment details, may be subject to additional verification. ck441 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification.

5.4 Withdrawal Restrictions on Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before meeting the Wagering Requirement will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ck441 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activity. All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored. ck441 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze or close Accounts where money laundering is suspected, in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available through the ck441 platform are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions as stated in the individual promotional terms. Players are responsible for reading the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) across eligible games before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering on certain game categories — including but not limited to low-risk casino strategies or certain slot titles — may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate towards meeting the Wagering Requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ck441 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close any Account, where it determines in its reasonable judgement that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine risk; or colluding with other players to exchange funds derived from bonus activity.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

ck441 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer at the time of modification or withdrawal will be entitled to complete the original terms of that offer as they existed at the time of acceptance, subject to fair play compliance.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ck441 platform are final once confirmed. Players should review their bet slip carefully before confirming any wager. ck441 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where a bet has been accepted in error due to a technical fault or an obvious pricing error on the part of ck441.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. ck441 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum stake limits to individual accounts at its discretion, particularly where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the relevant market is settled; a technical error results in a bet being offered or accepted at incorrect odds; the bet is placed on an event in which the outcome was already known at the time of placement; or ck441 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

7.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are offered on selected sporting events including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. Live odds are subject to change at any time during an event. ck441 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in the event-specific rules.

8 Casino & Slot Games

8.1 Game Availability

The ck441 casino and slot game library is subject to change at any time. Games may be added, modified, or removed from the platform without prior notice, including as a result of changes in game studio licensing arrangements or applicable regulations. ck441 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from the removal of a game from the platform.

8.2 Random Number Generators

All slot games, virtual table games, and other non-live casino products available on the ck441 platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming. 8.3 Technical Faults

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck441 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, the voiding of all winnings, and the reporting of your conduct to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one Account on the ck441 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or identity verification.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software, including taking advantage of incorrectly displayed odds or game malfunctions.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ck441 staff or other players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck441 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights over any content on the ck441 platform. The following acts are expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of ck441:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the ck441 platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software used to operate the platform.
• Using the ck441 brand name, logo, or other trade marks in any manner that could create confusion or imply an unauthorised endorsement.
• Scraping, harvesting, or systematically extracting data from the ck441 platform.

12 Privacy & Data

ck441 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support purposes.

ck441 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay), game studio partners, and identity verification service providers solely to the extent necessary to deliver the services described in these Terms. All data sharing arrangements are governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck441's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ck441 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ck441 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck441 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, or events beyond ck441's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary platform unavailability. ck441 will use reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ck441 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made to the Terms, ck441 will provide reasonable notice to registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the contact method registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the ck441 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected].

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ck441 platform or these Terms, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally and promptly.

ck441 is committed to handling all player complaints fairly and transparently. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". ck441 will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a full response within 14 calendar days.

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of ck441's internal complaints process, you may seek further recourse through such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available to you under applicable law.
